- uttanasa, forward fold variation with one knee bent, other straight, arm opposite to bent knee reaches toward the sky
- prasarita padottanasana variation with hips reaching back and arms stretching forward
- eka pada rajakapotasana, one legged pigeon pose

January 2012 vs January 2013! I’ve slacked super hard these last few months and feel gross about it but to see even though I’ve done that what a difference a year makes is insane! :) You don’t have to go crazy with a diet and exarcise to lose weight, it can be gradual. This is about a 25 pound difference in a whole year.
